Recent out-of-town customers decided to drive to town intending to have a new home built on their own. After several frustrating and unsuccessful trips they gave Cam Taylor Co. a call.

In one appointment we were able to help them decide which area of town was the best location for their needs, which reputable builders were appropriate based on their budget and home style preferences.

Next was the fun part. We met with the best builder representatives to identify available lots in neighborhoods that met their needs. Available floor plans and amenities were then determined.

Day one was completed by discussing the building process so that the Buyers understood what efforts were required on their part. We determined what should be expected, and promised performance of the builders: before, during and after construction.

On day two we drove around all the communities meeting their criteria. A deposit was given to the builder's representative and decisions were made as to the best-suited floor plan and extra amenities.
